We will not mill a putter as if it were a 7-iron
Putter “offset” is a plumbing-neck, double-bend, or face-balanced conversation about arc. Iron offset is leading-edge lag behind a hosel datum. Those drawings do not share a plate in Suite 4.
Golfers hear the word offset and bring a mallet. We send the mallet back down the freight elevator. Measuring toe-hang with iron calipers would give a number that feels official and means nothing on a green at NCR. Maren would rather be rude at the door than polite on a fake traveler.
If your irons and your putter both “look shut,” that is two coincidences, not one mill slot. Book drawer A or B for the irons. Take the putter to a roll shop. We can name two in the 937 if you ask, without a kickback, because a mill that pretends to do everything ends up measuring nothing.
Gift tickets cannot be spent on a putter lecture. There is no lecture. There is this page, and then there is the stairwell.
